Our Managing Director has enriched our business with 19 years of diverse insurance experience, having worked at AXA Insurance, Primary Group, Imperial Consultants, and founding Virtus Validations. His broad perspective spans both buyer and seller roles within the insurance supply chain. He has effectively managed internal operations, encompassing Technical Claim Handlers, Administration, HR, Customer Care, and Finance. His efforts in attracting new clients, developing service propositions, and integrating them into our operations have contributed to our consistent annual growth and adherence to service level agreements. As a member of both CII and CILA, he champions professional and ethical development within our team.

Our Technical Director is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, he is a member of the Institute of Roofing and is a Chartered Construction Manager. Michael has operated as a construction Expert Witness for over 20 years. He has extensive experience at senior management level across construction, surveying, and insurance related building damage assessment. His unique skill set has seen him foster long-term relationships with the UK's leading insurance firms where he often assists as a technical advisor. As joint owner of the business, Michael is responsible for Surveying services, training and compliance. He has designed and developed accredited training programs and continuously seeks to advance our technical capabilities and enhance our digital processes. An active member of CILA, CIOB, and IOR, he is committed to continued improvement and fostering innovation in our chosen marketplace.

After forging a career in institutional finance, working throughout the international markets, Martin has developed a diverse skill set, founding and sitting on the boards of several businesses. These can be seen in entities such as Agile Automations, an Intelligent Automations business, building a robotic workforce for the future, automating every day, repetitive, business processes and Security Access Systems, a complete, Security partner, providing perimeter security solutions, such as Gates, barriers, Turnstiles and access control. Martin is also involved in a number of diverse sectors spanning Property, health & leisure, marketing and event management. Martin is also the founder of Walford Cunningham and Hayes, a venture capital and advisory firm, as well as Chair of Claire’s Wishes, a charity setup in his wife’s name to raise awareness and support those touched by Krukenberg Cancer Tumours. Within KeyGeni, as Non-Executive Director, Martin is responsible for the strategic development of the business and identifying key technology development opportunities for our clients, utilising the latest technological advances.

Wilson is an industry leader for flooring validation and flooring innovation. An award winning director with over 30 years of experience in the flooring specialism. Wilson is fluent in all aspects of flooring and furniture validation, inspection and rectification within the insurance industry with extensive knowledge of claims handling and loss adjusting processes. He is client and customer focused, highly motivated and results driven. Wilson is fully conversant with the philosophy of “ continuous improvement “ and quality management systems.
